A grief-stricken guardian, saying he had to let know what he knew about Anna Nicole Smith’s decease “or I’m going to depart this life,” confirmed Wednesday that he saw her boyfriend Howard K. Stern, who was her legal representative as well, he injected her with a tranquilizer at a time prior to her decease when she was pleading for something to facilitate her sleep.

Maurice Brighthaupt told that he had seen Stern inject Smith with drugs 4 to 5 times in Florida and the Bahamas, and also observed the superstar model’s psychiatric consultant, Dr. Khristine Eroshevich, inject her once but did not indicate the medicine. He said that Smith injected herself and he saw that also.

Brighthaupt’s witness came at some stage in a beginning hearing to find out if Stern, Eroshevich and Dr. Sandeep Kapoor will stand trial for planning to unlawfully give Smith with prohibited substances.

All three have begged not culpable. The defendants are not accused with Smith’s decease at a Florida lodge in 2007, which was ruled an unintentional overindulge.

Stern’s lawyer Steve Sadow said outside the court, he would provide evidence in questioning Thursday the protector had grounds to give evidence incorrectly.

He said Brighthaupt was part of a pungent effort over Smith’s assets but didn’t involve on ways he might direct Brighthaupt’s statement into disbelief.

He further said that he can declare that recommended prescriptions were not at all injected by Howard K. Stern into Anna Nicole Smith and she was acknowledged to acquire B-12 injections.

Chief toxicologist fort the coroners office of broward County Dr. Harold Schueler said that smith was experiencing a bacterial infectivity before she went to meet her maker.
