Darius Chappille, a male passenger, this morning gets himself undressed while traveling in a flight and was arrested.According to details, Darius Chappille Friday morning boarded into a Southwest Airlines flight # 947 for traveling from Oakland, California to St. Louis, Missouri. Suddenly 21-year-old Darius Chappille exposed himself to the woman who was seated along with him and hit her in the face, on which, Alameda Country police arrested him. He also hit another person and quarreled with the flight staff, the authorities said. After this act Darius Chappille was detained in the plan and flight was landed back to airport.
Many of the passengers and the flight crew advised the young man to stop such ridiculous behaviour, as he was entirely without clothing. The police landed back the plane and took this person into detention. A few hours later, the flight departed again on to St. Louis. Both Chappille and the woman who was hit were sent to hospital for medical treatment of minor injuries.
This is not a new incident in the US. Many people do these kinds of acts just to gain some media coverage. This issue has been repeated many times by various persons. In early July this year, a drunken traveller got himself naked on a US Airways flight, which departed Charlotte, North Carolina to Los Angeles. That direction of the flight was change to Albuquerque, New Mexico where the man was unloaded and arrested.
