Man Arrested in ESPN Reporter Nude Video
The FBI said in the report that Michael David Barrett is facing federal alleges of interstate pestering for taking the videotapes, posting the videotape online and trying to vend them to superstar Web site TMZ, now He’s planned to make a first court emergence Saturday morning in U.S. District Court in Chicago.
He was arrested at airport while returning from some trip to buffalo, N.Y.
Various TV networks and newspapers aired short clips or in print screen snatches from a fuzzy five-minute videotape in July.
FBI representatives suppose Barrett requested a Nashville lodge room next to Andrews’ and arranged the door’s keyhole.
According to the complaint, Barrett attempted to vend the videos to TMZ, but an employee there informed Andrews’ legal representatives.
An ex- dance squad affiliate at the University of Florida, Andrews was somewhat of an Internet awareness yet prior to the video’s spread. He has been named as “sexiest sportscaster” in 2008 and again in 2009 as well.
Andrews has said through her legal representative that she plans to look for criminal charges and file civil proceedings in opposition to the person who shot the video footage and anybody who publishes the stuff.
