The Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s section acquired the warrant this Monday, after Randy and Evi Quaid supposedly skipped out on a huge demand for payment.

Presidio County sheriff’s officials say Quaid and wife Evi are in custody in the town of Marfa. Yes, a habit of staying in pricey hotels and stiffing the places when they leave. Authorities are therefore trying to nail Quaid and his wife for burglary. Police suppose the Quaids were scamming the San Ysidro Ranch as they have finished it before – to the Bel Air Hotel in L.A., along with other places.
In addition to robbery, the warrant also lists the criminal acts of deceiving an innkeeper, and conspiracy. A financial guarantee appeal of $10,000 each has been set.
